Scorpions

This is the McBrides family collection of scorpions that they have found inside the house! So Jeff and I watched my younger brothers this past week while my parents were out of town. The first night we were there, I was getting Rustin in the bath and there waas a baby scorpion in the bath. I yelled Jeff! The boys ran in and killed it. Well jeff went around the inside of the house with a black light and found another one in next to my nanas bed. I can't stand these things. Any way we did not see any more. Until the last night we were there,Colten and I went outside and looked with the black light. We killed 16 and saw 25! Crazy I know. It creeps me out. So our week was fun. We experienced how it would be to have teenage boys. A little loud and never a dull moment!

She Is Here!

So little baby McBride has arrived. Ellery Kay McBride was born on Sept. 13th weighing in at a whopping 3 pounds 12 ounces and 15.5 inches long. That is tiny if you ask me! She is so so cute I think she looks alot like caleb. She is doing so much better then the doctors thought. She does not have to have any breathing tubes, She is doing it on her own. So now they are trying to get her to gain some weight and get her body stronger and then they will do the open heart surgery to repair her little heart. Sp they are just taking it a day at a time. Congrats to you both she is adorable! I love her little squeek for her cry!

Ellery is hooked up to all her monitors.
me my brother Daddy McBride and cute baby Ellery!

Pray for Baby

This is the cake that I had my friend Cassy make for the shower. She is starting to make this fun cakes. Thanks Cassy it was a hit!

As most of you already know my brother Caleb and his wife are expecting a baby girl! Well they have had some unexpected changes in the pregnancy the past couple of weeks. They found out there are some heart defects, that will have to require open heart surgery as soon as this baby is born. Shelley is expect to have this little one probably today, a little sooner then they expected. Shelley and Caleb have been so patient through all of this and are so positive. They amaze me with there strength! Shelley almost missed her baby shower that her mom and I threw for her, cause that was the day they found out all of this about there baby and they were in the hospital doing ultra sounds. Anyways keep them in your prayers! We love you guys! We know this little one is going to come out a fighter!

Camping trip

Camping trip over labor day. Up at Clints Well. We enjoyed the cool weather and the rain. It was a nice little trip!I bought Rustin his own camping chair and he loved that thing.
Just chillin by the camp fire!
Rustin had no kids to play with on this camping trip.So daddy and Colten took him out to look for bugs!a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgNAQMWjkowDIm4OJC49aHjxm6ManIH2G6ol7xDukvmj_c7aF3JIEGNekdCxGRsqdt88PNO6DtRnkCVrRK7UBlCwW5_-ISRPMabBWNnDMuny3DpWsN0MsbNl6O9ZBAwEcJRAcPCXynhVCRd/s1600-h/rus+8-13-08+017.JPG">

We are going on a ride on the rangers. We went in Mary and Davids and my dad and Caleb went in another and my 2 younger brothers rode ther dirt bikes.
We are taking a break from our ride into the forest looking at all the water tanks and my dads hunting cams. Almost half my family got drawn for elk this year. Anyways this road that we had to take. I think it was one of the rockiest roads I have ever been on in my life. I am suprised all my organs function correctly after that ride. I am aslo suprised Rustin fell asleep and could sleep during it. He must have been really tired.

My brother Colten being a goof. We found this old ranch house on our ride to go look at all my dads hunting cams.
