So, I have always wanted to know how to make tamales but not just any tamale my friend Minda Pacheco and her Mexi girl tamale Making groups Green corn chicken tamales:) They are oh so yummy. So I went in November to learn how to do them. Then I got my own Mexi tamale making group together and we made 7 dozen tamales a piece. Heather Tabetha and I! It was a lot of fun and a lot of work but so worth it. They turned out amazing!
